Easy Orange Vinaigrette


Easy Orange Vinaigrette
Makes 3/4 cup

  • juice of 1 orange (1/4 cup)

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 tablespoons/1 ounce white balsamic

  • 4 tablespoons/2 ounce olive oil*

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • black pepper

*I like my dressing on the tart/vinegar side. You may want to add another tablespoon. Dip in a piece of arugula and taste before you dress your salad.

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Store in airtight container for up to a week.
