 
          Easy Orange Vinaigrette
Makes 3/4 cup
- 
juice of 1 orange (1/4 cup) 
- 
1 teaspoon honey 
- 
2 tablespoons/1 ounce white balsamic 
- 
4 tablespoons/2 ounce olive oil* 
- 
1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
- 
black pepper 
*I like my dressing on the tart/vinegar side. You may want to add another tablespoon. Dip in a piece of arugula and taste before you dress your salad.
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Store in airtight container for up to a week.
