Super Easy Roasted Garlic
-
1 head of garlic
-
olive oil (roughly 1 tablespoon)
-
sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove outermost coating of garlic head,, but you can keep most of the skin on. Coat generously in olive oil and a small pinch of sea salt and then wrap in foil completely. Place in oven for about 30 minutes, until quite soft to touch.
I generally will keep a roasted head of garlic in the fridge for the week, and use it throughout my recipes. A clove will easily come out of the garlic head if you just squeeze it a bit.
