Coffee and Coconut Whip Cream
- 1 cup coffee
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut whip cream (see recipe below)
- sprinkling of cinnamon or coconut sugar
Spoon coconut whip cream on top of coffee, and add cinnamon or coconut sugar (or both!) on top.
Coconut Whip Cream
- 1 can of coconut milk, full-fat and refrigerated for several hours
Place coconut milk in a small bowl and beat at medium-high with an electric mixer until coconut milk has the texture of a thick whipped cream. This will take about three minutes. Set aside.
