
Sometimes a snack or meal doesn’t qualify as a recipe because it’s so simple, but the pairing of ingredients is so good you have to share it. This open-faced breakfast sandwich is just the beginning of a new series I’ll be starting- “Not a Recipe”. There’s no real cooking involved, but it seems like more than just a random snack.
Salmon Avocado Open-Faced Breakfast Sandwich
Serves 1.
- 3 oz. smoked salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 sprouted english muffin (I like Ezekiel)
- sea salt- this is key!!!
Toast english muffin. Then place on avocado and season with salt. Top with salmon. Done.
