This is just a super simple side of veggies that use the same ingredients in the miso marinade, but no miso. You could easily sub in other veggies and use the sesame sauce for it too.

Ingredients
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoontoasted sesame oil
2garlic cloves, minced
1teaspoonginger, minced or pureed
1tablespoongrapeseed or canola oil
1/2bunch of greens- chard, kale, spinach all work
1small bunch broccoli or broccolini
Instructions
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and oil in a small bowl.
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add about 1 tablespoon grapeseed or canola oil.
Add in greens and broccoli. Let sit and saute for about 2 minutes, then pour in the soy sauce mixture. Continue to saute until greens are vibrant green and wilted and broccoli is tender. Set aside.
