Easy Lime Vinaigrette
Makes enough for at least 2-3 salads. Store covered in or out of fridge. I keep it out so the oil doesn’t solidify.

Juice of 2 small limes

extra virgin olive oil

freshly cracked pepper

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk with a fork until oil is fully incorporated.
